Natasha has competed and participated in sports and fitness her entire life, and has a passion for helping individuals to be the best versions of themselves. Regardless of their walk of life or past.

 

Being a personal trainer, she strives to assist all her clients in building their selves up physically, mentally, spiritually and nutritionally. She aspires to spread happiness, hope, love and adding some sparkle in life.

 

 She is certified through ISSA - International Sports Science Association- in fitness training and nutrition as well as working towards many more certifications. She specializes in strength and conditioning, and functional training. Today is the start of a new era

Savage Katt and Nate are the founders and owners of Viking Strength Sports. With over 20 years combined lifting experience, you are sure to make the gains you desire. Nate is a certified personal trainer, certified club level coach, USA Powerlifting referee and nutrition counselor.

Savage Katt is an elite level powerlifter with the USPA and has qualified for world championships more than once. She is a CPT and her unique brand of strength training puts her second to none.

My name is Esperanza, I’m a National Qualified Women’s Figure competitor, and ex-Collegiate athlete from Savannah, GA. With a bachelors in Human Performance and Fitness Management from Armstrong State University.

 

I am also certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Playing a range of sports including soccer, volleyball, and basketball allowed me to have a competitive edge and I was pushing myself to achieve my best potential. Combining my drive, dedication, and athletic background.  I took to the stage in 2015, and haven’t looked back since. I’ve taken first place in true novice, first in open (class F) and first overall for women’s figure at the Knoxville Classic, and placing top 10 at Jr. Nationals.

 

 Since I was a little girl, being active was always a part of my life, however, no one taught me how to properly workout or eat.  One thing I have learned is that you can’t outwork a bad diet… and you can’t stick to a workout that you hate. That’s where I come in!

 

It’s not just about changing your body, its about building good healthy habits. Not only with the gym, but with yourself to. Transforming your mind, body, and soul. Feeling good and looking good go hand in hand. My process includes creating a plan that is centered around your life style and goals.
